Oh, Fudge! Just in time for Thanksgiving.

Peanut butter and sugar all in one tasty, portable, bite sized piece. What more could you ask for??? Not much. Luckily for all of us, it’s a day to be celebrated by all of America. It’s National Peanut Butter Fudge Day.

I’m definitely adding this to my Christmas candy rotation this year. Every year, the first weekend in December, my kitchen turns into a magical place full of cookies, candies, fudges, hot cocoa, Christmas music and the wonderful smells of cinnamon and nutmeg.

Fudge has always been one of those things that either you’re a seasoned veteran in making, or your terrified of making it. Have no fear.. it’s seriously easy-peasy. If it’s not easy, this girl isn’t making it. I’m making it, so it’s fool proof! Give it a try and let us know in the comments how it turned out for you! Don’t forget to add your favorite mix-ins. Fudge is one of those recipes where you can stir in a half bag of nuts, a few cranberries, some leftover chocolates, and so on.
